Payment Terms
All fees are due in advance for new clients. Fees are per address, per defendant. The full fee is owed if the address is incorrect, vacant, or the party is not located — the fee covers the service attempt, not the outcome.
Service Attempts
Service attempts are made diligently and in line with Tennessee law. Service itself cannot be guaranteed; if it cannot be completed, you receive a record of the attempts made.
Confidentiality
All client information, case details and communications are strictly confidential. We do not disclose any information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes shall be resolved in Tennessee courts.
