Tennessee Process Servers, Inc. offers competitive, transparent pricing for all process serving services. All fees are per address, per defendant. Pre-payment is required for new clients.

| Eviction Notice Delivery | Starting at $75.00 |
| Stake-Out Service | $65.00/hour, 3-hour minimum |
| Late Night / Early Morning Service (12am–7am) | Additional $45.00 |
| Second Defendant at Same Address | 20% Discount |
Payment Terms
- Fees are per address, per defendant
- Pre-payment required for new clients
- Cash, personal checks, business checks and major credit cards accepted
- Full fee is owed if address is incorrect, vacant, or party is not found — the fee covers the attempt
